Supervision Therapy

I am a qualified clinical supervisor providing supervision to a range of professionals. I also run Peer supervision groups for students as well as professionals within the prison service.

My supervision style is both challenging and nurturing; I am passionate about empowering and motivating clients and supervisees alike. My aim is to provide a collaborative, supportive environment to ensure trust and congruence are promoted in the process. Doing so creates a relaxed and authentic space in which our work can be celebrated and inspire passion. 

I ensure that there is space for recognising the positive work you’re doing I also believe my purpose is to help my supervisees realise their full potential. I am always reading books and articles related to current topics, listening to podcasts and developing my CPD through both online and face-to-face courses. I believe we learn best when we have context, so I try to gain as much of that as I can when working with Supervisees.
